2021 Zinfandel - Paper Street Vineyard

Our Paper St. Zinfandel, crafted from the head-trained Dusi clone vines at Paper Street Vineyard, offers an exuberant bouquet of rich berry, black plum, fig, and raisin aromas, beautifully enhanced by hints of star anise and gingerbread spice.

On the palate, you'll find a thick and jammy texture balanced by a vibrant acidity, revealing concentrated flavors of berry, clove, and cinnamon. This Zinfandel was aged for 22 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
