2019 Reserve Zinfandel

Fermented slowly in stainless steel tank with daily pumpovers. After fermentation then laid down to French and American Oak barrels. On completion of malolactic fermentation, we racked the wine off its lees and let it age for 18 months in barrel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
