2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles

Our 2022 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of grapes from Cass Vineyard, Mueller Vineyard, and our estate vineyard. This specific vineyard features Cabernet Sauvignon clones 4 and 337, known for producing small, concentrated berries.

To enhance the wine's depth and intensity, along with its delightful chocolate and cherry notes, we've added 7% Petit Verdot to the blend. The resulting wine exhibits a rich, dark character with significant structure and beautifully refined tannins.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged for 22 months in a combination of French and American Oak.
