1888 - Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon represents our family winery's long and storied past that started in 1888 when our great-grandfather opened a wine and beer bottling business on the north side of Chicago.  135 years and 5 generations later, we are producing world class wines in Paso Robles.

The grapes for this exquisite wine come from our Estate Vineyard in the Geneseo AVA and the Paper Street Vineyard in the Willow Creek AVA.  It was aged in French and American oak barrels for 24 months.  The resulting wine is incredibly dark and rich with concentrated fruit and integrated tannins.  It is wonderful now but will continue to age gracefully over the next ten years.
