Our 2015 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Barr Vineyard located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles.  This vineyard is planted to Clone 4 of Cabernet, which produces very small berry Cabernet Sauvignon.  12% Petit Verdot was added to create a dark and intence wine with both chocolate and cherry notes.  The resulting wine is very dark and intense with lots of structure and refined tannin.  We aged this in a combination of French and American Oak for 18 months.
