This Cabernet is sourced from the Geneseo district in Paso Robles with 12% Petit Verdot to added to create a dark and intence wine with both chocolate and cherry notes. Aged in both French and American oak for 18 months then bottles unfined and unfiltered.
Sourced from the White Hawk Vineyard in the Los Alamos Hills, our Viognier was barrel fermented in neutral oak for 5 months. This wine shows tons of tropical fruit aromas and on the palette you will pick up hints of lush peach, pear and apricot flavors.
We use mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel to make up our Rose Sangria. It is bursting with ripe citrus flavors and a bit of sweetness to balance it out. These are sold as a four pack.
Our 2017 Chardonnay comes from Greengate Vineyard down in the cool climate of Edna Valley. Our Chardonnay was barrel fermented in small French oak barrels and aged on its lees for 10 months. Showing bright lemon aromas with a touch of toast and citrus fruit.
Possessing big fruit flavors but has a lot of structure and balance with a little touch of toasted oak on the finish. It is delicious now but will continue to develop beautifully over the next 5-10 years.
Our Vin Glogg is the ultimate winter warmer. It is a blend of half dry red wine and half port blended together with spices of cinnamon, cardamon and orange peel. Our Vin Glogg is intended to be served heated. This will warm you up from the inside out.
Our 2016 Zinfandel has layers of cherry aromas followed by black cherry and hints of vanilla and spice on the pallet. Blended with 15% Petite Sirah and 9% Petit Verdot for color and tannin. We aged our Zinfandel in American oak barrels for 14 months and bottled it unfined and unfiltered.
