Our Reserve Cabernet was grown on our estate vineyard in Paso Robles. This limited production Cabernet was aged in 100% new American oak barrels for 18 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Our Petit Verdot comes from the rolling hills on the eastside of Paso Robles. The warm days and cool nights produce a very rich and balanced wine. This Petit Verdot was aged in small oak barrels for 18 months then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This is truly a remarkable wine. It has aged in oak for an average of 25 years. It is loaded with butterscotch and maple syrup flavors and balances out with a kick of acidity.
We use mostly Sauvignon Blanc for our white Sangria. It is bursting with ripe citrus flavors and a bit of sweetness to balance it out.
The nickname and story behind this wine is inspired by the two brothers and winemakers, Stephan and Matthew Glunz. A dynamic blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache producing an intense wine with a big finish.
